Server problems

it kicks me off for days at a time like right now im using a proxy but only parts of the site come up almost no since in logging in this way

I know, I was hoping the reset they did would require you to just reboot the computer and router where it would be easier to find. It seems like its getting worse though. Nathan has submitted a server ticket for the company to work on the issue. I know the name server was changed to what it should be. I myself am not too savvy with this stuff to even give you a reason as to why it is happening.
 
Yeah. It's like on for an hour, off for at least 3. And when I'm off it doesnt work on my phone or on other computers so sending a om is out of the question for whoever suggested that
 
Is there any word on getting this fixed? I have to go on via a proxy and it's fifty times slower.... And I have no way to access the modem I'm using.... So, yeah. Any word at all?
 
I'm banging my head against the wall trying to figure this out. I'm having the techs triple check everything now. If they can't figure it out we may have to move servers to resolve this. Very frustrating. Very sorry for the trouble.
 
ok thank you for the insite of whats going on nathan

just gets old only able to get on around 4am unless i use a proxy but then not every thing comes up lol

OK, we set up new nameservers (again) to try and fix the problem. It can take up to 48 hours to take effect but this should (in theory) fix the issue.

Let's see how it goes. Sorry to keep complaining about it, but it's been a pain. Yesterday I couldn't get on at all... Hopefully this takes care of it. Is it possible that there's so many people on it now that the server is/was becoming overloaded?
