Official Vent Thread

Well time for the Camino Man to vent:

Ill first start off by saying thank you to Pete and Clinton. You guys have tried pointing me in the right direction.

Anyways, do you guys ever get super excited because you get something new then try installing it and it all goes to crap? Thats my Ranger in a nut shell... I bought some nice new rims off a Shelby GT500 and was all excited. Then found out that they needed spacers to work... GRR! I figure some cab lights would look cool so I got some and the installation took the better part of 5 hours... Now for the cherry on top: my OHC. I started on it yesterday morning about 10 or so and its STILL not done!!!! GRRR!!!! Why cant I have nice things!!!!

Can someone please tell me how in the hell the county clerk loses 2 sections of paper that were put in a damn folder and sitting in their office filing cabinet for over 2 months. Been waiting on the divorce to be finalized since jan 7th and they lose papers WTF.
 
****ing A! I fix every whole in my brothers wall and now theres another ****ing one. WTF!
 
I love how at work since im on night shift I get stuck doing the **** job and seaming all the big ass heavy glass for 8 hours straight
 
i hate it when you try to joke around with an old friend and they take what you say extremely the wrong way especially when you word it completely sarcastically.... why do ppl act like that and then when you try to carry on a normal conversation with them they just jump off line with out even a hi bye or kiss my a$$.......
 
yeah i typically try to just talk to family on facebook but she started messaing me and i said one smartass comment and another of her friends had to but their nose in before she even replied...
 
its a good thing i have some skoal bandits or iwould have went off on all of them.... cant smoke in the stations at work and already in bed for the night and dont wanna go out and smoke... lol
 
Is it wrong that I seek approval by everybody? When I do something, I'm proud of it and if nobody really notices I feel it was substandard and then it bothers me. If something's not perfect, I have to make it that way. And sometimes it gets worse and then I get real depressed and think I suck at everything I do. Is it a bad thing that I'm so proud of my work that I get bummed if nobody takes notice? Probably most of the reason why I throw so many threads onto here too. I just want to be accepted by my peers, and I don't feel that I am.

Dude dpnt sweat it. Some people dont acknowledge your work? Least you can look back and say yeah I did that and I'm damn proud forget what other people say there either jealous or arent worth talking to. I dpnt let peoples opinions get to me if I hit a tree with my truck on purpose then thats that no questions need to be asked do you and let others do them and youll be fine. Pete, if you are happy with the work you do that is ALL THAT MATTERS
peer pressure sucks, so just be you. If they dont like it tell em to fuc off. and or don't pay any attention to their negativity. Some people know better ways to do things or at least they think they do... I am one of those people, haha My wife will say I make a great supervisor as I seem to tell her how to do things ( the right way)all the time and yes it bothers the crap out of her, I cant seem to break that habit, but I tell her the same thing ignore those comments lol so now she says " bite me"

bottom line Don't worry what others think, be glad you tried and do things on your own.
 
WTF Why cant ppl take that your not gonna sell your truck to them??? i have a coworker that has been houndin me for the past 2 yrs to sell him my truck... i mean come on i told you no for the past 2 yrs what makes you think im gonna say yes now????
