This is my first 4x4 and I rarely use it (there weren't any used 2wd in my area) and I am aware that once a month you have to engage 4x4 to keep everything lubbed up but my question is this -How long (distance) should I drive in 4x4? -which selection should I be in (4Hi or 4Low)?

my ranger got 27 MPG from Ottawa to Timmins, going a steady 105 Kmh with the A/C on, passing cars, and some idling in construction. I was amazed :)

the Ranger seats of '11 are one of the reasons why I had to trade it in. I've sat on milk crates that were more comfortable. At least you don't have the seat airbags to worry about. I bet those seats are a huge improvement.

Just got the truck back, Line-X did an amazing job, no runs, good taping and they removed all the hardware before spraying. Ford honored my discount so the Spray In cost me $421 tax included. All in all a good deal :)

I called one of their techs and they say 1 day and it's fine. Its also posted on their website.
