So I am looking to put a 302 Boss in my truck but I am on a budget. I looked at crate motors and they are about $7000 (w/out s&h). I have looked over craigslist and ebay for a used motor but I have found nothing. What would you guys do? Buy one new or start sifting through junk yards? Thanks!

Hey all, what is the biggest motor you have seen put in a ranger with enough room to put suspension travel in? I have access to a older but in perfect shape small block ford V8. Will it fit?
