Wheel bearing or rear diff ??

Hi all I have a 2004 2.5dt crew cab ranger and I no I there is some thing wrong but not sure what. My truck has a limited slip diff and when I turn on full lock and give some power there is a grinding noise coming from the back end of my truck. I would really like no if anyone knows what this could be and my best way to fix it.

Not an expert, but I would think it might be a wheel bearing, the diff would make noise at a certain speed, but not only while turning.
 
Yeah it is when I turn the steering wheel full lock and give it some gas you can hear a grinding coming from the back
