What is your favorite mod or mods you've done?

How difficult was it to put in the new dash cluster? My 97 doesn't have a tach, but is there a connection for it (and everything that the newer cluster would have or would some of the gauges have nothing connected) if I put in a new one?

I haven't done it yet, but it's not horribly bad... If you look in the How-to section you'll find a couple different ones that people have taken out and swapped.
 
Ok, I might think about it since I'd like a tach with at 5 speed, plus I just think the stock one is boring.

Also, is there a place that lists all the compatible parts from other cars/trucks; I know the 93-97 have almost all compatible parts, I think some 98-00 parts are shareable (are the taillights?), but someone posted about 94 van drum brakes fitting in the back and I wouldn't ever have known. Is there any sort of list like this?

I like all my mods pretty equally. I'd have to say that my favorite mod will be either when I swap all of my springs and gain some lift, my 31's I'll eventually get, or my 4.0/M5OD/4x4 swap that's waaayyy down the road.
 
I want to change mine. I absolutely LOVE the locker I installed in the rear of my truck (Aussie locker) It's like a sleeper. Quiet but when it needs to work, it does!

How hard is it to install one of those?


My favorite mod is my tint and headlights
 
my favorite is adding the air lift ..air bag springs, and the OHC, the gdo mod is cool too.
 
my favorite mod is my buggman leds that i have in the dash cluster, hvac, glovebox light, dome light, and cargo light. thanks a lot buggman it made my truck awesome and i get comments on them all the time.
 
so far i only have 2 mods but im going to get more wen i get it payed off


1st photo is my 2004 explore gauges sence mine is a 5 speed i now removed the white P RND21 and replaced it with the black out for the 5 speeds and also replaced the grey cover with a black cover take pics and video later these gauges are plug and play with ranger years 95 and up
