Ranger 2008 front wheel bearings

So my 2008 Ranger 4x4 has a bad right front bearing. It actually threw a code on the ABS sensor. You can feel the play and a noise.
The left bearing shows no indication through noise or wheel play, however it looks like the sensor registered a problem with ABS but no other signs.
Question, should I change both sides?

This would greatly depend on your budget above all, but if you can swing it it's recommended. Mainly because while the tools are out, the truck is up it just makes the task of ease of mind simpler. A general rule of thumb is, if one side has gone bad the other may not be far behind. This rule is common with suspension & similarly related parts. Again, it's not required unless there is something found, but sometimes where one side wears out it adds extra stress & rate of deterioration to the other side as the work load increases for the good side & it may be forced to compensate for the failing side.
