Geez...you kids. I took my road test when I was 15, and was driving at that age here in PA

I'm calling BS! I'm way older than you and when I took my Road test in 1982, The minimum age for a driver to take his road test in the U.S. is 16.
NO MATTER WHAT STATE YOU LIVE IN. so, Hoolie, explain how you got to take the road test at 15 in the 1990's???

No BS there buddy, 15 for permit, 15 1/2 driving test. 1990 was the year and it was when the road test was given by state police

you can get your permit at 14 8 months here, that's when i did.
