Need help in identifying a problem. Water in oil.

I recently had to replace my drivers side cylinder head on my 99 3.0 xlt ranger. It was cracked from being over heated. I have since replaced it and all the gaskets that need to replaced as well.
I recently drove it and it ran hot again. The water kept draining from the radiator into the oil. I don't know where the leak is.
I tried fixing the air intakes gaskets thinking the leak was there, that didn't work. When we tried flushing the system, the oil was white as milk and was more fluid than the 5 quarts we had put in by at least 2 quarts. We checked the radiator and it was empty from what i could see.
Where else could the leak be coming from? The truck was running nearly flawless the one day after fixing the truck.
We were thinking it was the timing gear housing that could be cracked? Any ideas? Let me know. I have until the 14th of this month to get it ready for school... So I am pressured and i don't want to waste time or money...

I had the same problem in an older Mazda, and it ended up being the head gasket. I didn't take care of it soon enough and I ended up with a blown engine.

Well i just replaced the head gasket. I don't see how that is the problem. I torched the head to the Chilton book specs.
