Picked up an explorer OHC today.

Thats real clean dude. Did you get the sensor and all that too?

Yes i got the sensor, but im going to run my own wires

can I see pic of called sensor? Thats where you wire it from right? and the wires go wherre?

The sensor mounts on the front end, run the sensor wires through the firewall to the OHC, 2 wires thats it

so whys does everyone think its so hard if its 2 wires lol

2 wires for the sensor, another 5 wires to do the rest of the OHC

lol cant be ti bad the cutting of the head board would kill me

That is the easy part dude, start with a small cut and your good

Eh im not to worried about it, just gonna take my time with it and get it done right. I think im going to paint the grey part of the ohc red to match my truck and my radio bezel, and to keep with the whole red and black theme.

That is one of the easiest mods to do. But is a biotch if it's your first time! Just read the how to on here and take your time. It will come out great!
