Do you think i should rent a coil press, or jack it up by the frame and unbolt the shocks to let the pressure off the coils and pop them out?

Put the frame on jackstands, unbolt the shocks and the lower stud (1-1/8" socket) and the coil will pop right out.

Thats what my original plan was but in reading some how to's people started freaking out like that would kill you so i figured i would ask lol
