Horrible tire wear

Started up a new thread about this...I think I already started one up, but this is slightly different. Title once again says it all. Heard a few things about what this can be from....i.e. worn shocks, tbars cranked, bad hubs, ball joint wear, etc... Figured I'd throw a pic up with it to show y'all what I mean by "horrible" wear.

Yeah.... Don't really want my new tires looking like this... Any seconds to my ideas above? Anything else that might cause it? I think I know what it is, but I just threw this up to make sure before I go and do something else, and still have the same problem lol

Shocks wont be a culprit. Balljoints, alignment, and hub assy's will though. Jack that biotch up and check them

Okay, awesome. Hubs are brand new, and the only thing left on that list would be the ball joints. Alignment have done nothing, so that's leading me to believe that the tbars have a lot to do with it... I talked with ym ex-girlfriend's dad, who's a master mechanic in all kinds of makes, and he said that if I jack them down, then I should be good and also save a lot of stress on other parts.

I've never heard of anyone else having this much of a camber problem on ranger's. I would check balljoints and see if the camber bolts need changed. Or the bushings in the control arms are shot

You know what, I was looking at the busings in the control arms... They're pretty bad. And neither have I, everybody I talked to that had their tbars cranked never had this problem... So you think it's the control arm bushings then?

If u need balljoints, get the MOOG upper control arms. Comes with removable balljoints so it's cheaper in the future.

The passenger side has a 2 piece upper control arm so you would need to replace all three pc's.

It has MOOG joints on it now, and seems to have been replaced. But I was talking to the previous owner who told me two different stories on the same thing... So I'm not sure what to believe. Clinton thought the drivers one was aftermarket, because it's only one piece on the upper.

This is all I could get for now man.

3rd to last pic. Your Control arm mount looks cracked

4th pic from top: Bushing looks completely shot

Jack it up underneath the control arm and use a prybar under the tire to pry up. If there's any play, replace balljoints and get alignment immediately

Honestly man, looking at these, I think there's a bunch of contributing factors.... This truck has never been taken care of before I had it... It's sad that she was such a wreck...
