Ford Ranger 1996 2.3L Parts help please!

Hey all!
I have been to mechanics, rockauto, autozone, parts source, you name it. Even the junkyards don't have a 1996 ranger. I am in need a clock spring. Can anyone recommend a parts source? Also, a list of any make or model that I can swap a clock spring from and put into my 96 Ranger would also be helpful. I found a 1998 but I don't know if that would work with a 96...She needs some help boys!
 
If you call the dealer they will get you a part #. That way you can do a better search. Here is a p# for a Ford but it doesn't include the truck it goes into.
With a p# you can see that the 96 clock spring is used in several other cars,
