exhaust?

Anybody have a aftermarket exhaust in there truck? thinking about doing a flowmaster or magnaflow in my 01 4.0 but i dont know if it would sound good..

ive been thinking about the flowmaster 40 or 44s cuz i can get them at the local adavance auto parts or a magnaflow exhaust muffler

I have a Gibson single side , but when I put the headers on it made all the difference

If you just want to get rid of the muffler for a better sounding one, do the Flowmaster super44. I just put one in and it sounds better than the 40

Just an FYI, the 4.0 has 2.25" ID/OD.

oh really didnt know thanks, ill just have to get a pipe that goes from a 2.25 to 2.50

Your exhaust should be 2", if you get the muffler with a 2.25" in/out so you will need that adapter.

on the advance website i could only find this with the single output and input, do they make an adapter that goes from 2 to 2.50

Uhhh, Clinton, mine was 2.25. Idk what you're thinking of, unless I'm wrong on what his engine is... 2.5" id/od will actually work, because I have a 2.5"-2.25" adapter on now. I didn't think about that before.
