I have been asked to repair a company owned ranger xlt 3.0. Multiple people drive it and not all of them pay attention to the gauges. I am guesssing it was driven for about 2 weeks while overheating when I was informed that the truck had begun to run poorly. I went to look at it and the temp gauge was maxed out. The thermostat housing had begun to leak and the thermostat went bad, so they were replaced. Since then it runs like not all cylinders are firing, it has not much power, and it is backfiring like a champ. My boss thinks it has jumped time. I think it needs new rings. Please help I am lost:blink:
