So when I bought my truck the cluster lights did not work I checked all the fuses none of them were bad I am not real good with the electrical lol but my dome light and cab lights also don't work but they did work when I bought the truck could there be a bad ground somewhere or what. I guess my real question is where do I start?

Check all the wires and see if any of em are worn. There could be a short somewhere causing it.
