No, there's a steel rim behind that and that wheel has some sort of a bolt going through it so that the wheels don't move. I've seen others like that before

Yes, they are spinners. It's just so strange to see the car moving and the wheels not. There is another vid of the car going a little faster and the spinners turn but really slow. I'm all for doing mods to make your car or truck unique and yours'. This is just too much.
