Anybody know what lift is on this truck?

Does anybody know what lift is on this truck? I saved the pic from the other forum a while ago, and wanted to know what this guy has on here. Any ideas? I want this amount of ground clearance, and this stance. It looks amazing.

it almost looks 2wd if so its a spindle lift

but it also looks like a 3 inch body lift with full cranked t-bars and possibly 32 to 33 inch tires
