4 PRONG RECTANGULAR PLUG

95 EX CAB 4.0, found a 4 pin plug on drivers side in same harness as the transfer case wiring, looks dirty as in not being used, I searched and looks like it doesnt go anywhere.

Wouldn't surprise me! It's possible they ran all the wiring for other options and when 'fomoco' dropped in that tranny they just used the plug that was needed!
