Hey guys, i have a question i did a little search on an engine swap for a friend of mine. he has a 99 ffv spd. 4x4 the cam sensor went south as did the motor. Been having a hard time finding one. i did find one for 350 with bout 90ishk miles, but its from an 96 but is OBDII. i know i will have to swap out fuel lines, and injectors from the old motor to this one if i get it. will this bolt up to his 99? not sure if i have to swap out computers or should i be ok? thanks in advance guys.

It should bolt up. As far as the computer I think as long as you don't get a motor out of a 00 you should be fine. I know they changed some of the programming in between 99 and 00.
