Just picked it up today. The injectors are firing and it has spark. The fuel pump wines and stops. I have no way of checking the fuel pressure or scan it. Any suggestions thanks to all

Get a spray bottle and spray(mist) gasoline into the intake manifold plenun through the tube on the plenum that feeds the EGR in. Put the EGR tube back on and try starting. If it fires up right away then you have a cold start fueling problem. The engine thinks it is much warmer than it is and is skipping the cold start fuel settings. First step is to replace the engine coolant temperature sensor.
