I don't know, grab a level to make sure that the ground that the truck is sitting on is actually level. Sometimes when I park at work, even though it looks level it isn't which causes my truck to look contorted.

1) Will this be a trail rig only? If so you can trim the hell out of the fenders and bed to clear 31's. If not, a 2-3 inch body lift will do the trick (not a fan but cheapest way to go) and you wont need to get the drop kit for the front to keep the wheels from pointing in which is what happens...

a common problem is the rear spring hangers tend to rot out and the springs push up. I haven't seen a 93-97 Ranger that didn't have rotted leaf spring hangers (unless they had already been changed). Welcome to the site!!
