I will say the Sonoma clutch is very twitchy with the weather changes recently , but other than that its ok .. Reverse doesn't have a syncro so I gotta go into 1st before reverse or else it grinds . And I can't really compare it to my ranger because my 89 was cable clutch , and was way better lol

I got this Sonoma not to long ago ( 4.3 vortec 5speed ) and so far it's been good to me ... Still ain't a ranger lol, but it's fast as hell and rewarding to drive .. Plus it gets 20 mpg mixed .. Anyway , just a little update ... Blaster coil , acell cap and rotor , k&n , some other goodies . But...

As some of you know, I live on the south shore of LI and got ROCKED by the storm . Luckily I was one of the 20% of LI that didn't loose power . My neighbors a couple blocks over wer not so lucky .. Infact most of there homes took over 4ft of Water. Here's some pics of the carnage Me...

As many of you may have noticed , I haven't been around like I use to be . Allow me to explain. A little bit ago I traded my dd for a 1990 mustang 5.0. Needed a transmission . So I ditched the girly auto and popped in a t5 with a bunch of extra goodies .. It quickly consumed all of my free time...

I bet you have a emissions system leak then.. Check your connections to your carbon canister as well as your egr .. Egr might be bad as well

Mine kept blowing #4 cyl. Literally I put z max in and it stopped ... It may be a bad o ring on an injector or it could go as far as a bad ring ... My advise if you have changed the coil and plugs and wires try z maxx
