Anyone know of good software for reprogramming or even just reading from the ECM with a PC? Thanks guys

I finally got time to check it out and under the passenger side seat was the wire that went to the seat belt I unplugged it and plugged it back in and the light is now off! you may have to clean yours with something (WD-40)!

I just inherited my fathers 02 ranger and the airbag light is on and wont go off even when I turn on or off the PAD switch
