Is there a huge difference between the fuel mileage in a 2wd 5speed and a 4wd 5speed when the 4wd is not engaged? (that is assuming that these don't have full time 4wd...)

How difficult was it to put in the new dash cluster? My 97 doesn't have a tach, but is there a connection for it (and everything that the newer cluster would have or would some of the gauges have nothing connected) if I put in a new one?

So I bought a different truck (from that green one). Same model, 97 xlt regular cab 4cyl 5speed, black, 104,000mi. Nothing too special but it's a pretty decent first car and at $2250 I think I did pretty well. Where are the best places to buy parts? I'm thinking junk yards if they have it...
