Couple of questions

    Don't know if this is the right place to ask this.....the valve that controls the cruise control is on top of the master cylinder,if I change it do I have to bleed the brakes.

    It would be wise to bleed even if it may not be needed. The valve/sensor is screwed right into the master cyl where brake fluid is and pressure is built up. I don't know positively, but I suggest bleeding it anyway.
