bumper build...... First attempt!

Well i got started on my bumper today!

holy hell is it alot of work, but gotta love it lol
Started out with a flat chrome rig bumper that my boss gave to me...figured that would work perfect. Thank god for the plasma cutter or i woulda been there all day!
still needs alot of work!

This is what i started with...sorry for the bad pics.

Looks pretty good, and its homemade so you get some satisfaction out of it..
You gonna make a brush guard on it too?

Thought about it....probably not thought will be running a stinger bar aswell as a winch and a hitch, and d rings and lights!
 
nice work, so will you re-chrome it or paint it when all done?
 
Not sure yet. depends on how good of a job i do. If it looks nice enough i think im gonna have it rechromed....because no one, that ive seen has had a chrome homemade bumper. So why not be the first in my book.
 
Got some more work done today on it...no pics though sorry guys. I still have to box in the back of it and weld the diamond plate on top. Then we go for the first test fit! Im really excited lol
