Mine and Ashley's first house. **Official build thread**.

Dan...

Sounds like a darn cool cheap project home!! Great starter!!

Now I'm still pretty new to this but judging by the pic posted, you bought it and now do you need a plot of land to put it on?? Or is it already with a lil bit/a space of property in a park?

3.5k?
Heck you can't buy a cheap car for that.
It'll need a little fix'n up, but should turn out nice.

South Carolina is DIRT cheap as far as living costs. I'm so used to living near a big progressive liberal city with crazy prices! lol. I can't believe the price of homes in SC. Even brand spankin' new ones.

Shane my dad already has a trailer park. So hes letting me sit it on his property for free.

Now for a update. I have been working with my dad to redo the floors, paint the ceillings and the walls. I have painted the doors front and back. Ashley went to Lowes and bought door locks for the doors. Looks awesome. I'll get pics of those when we go down there today to clean. We got the hotwater heater hooked up. Bought a very nice vanity for 55 bucks at the habitat. Bought a faucet for it. Got the water hooked up. Got paint on the bathroom walls. Pushed the cabnets back cause there was a space inbetween the wall and the cabnets. (In the Bathroom). We still have a lot to do. We have to lay carpet down in both bedrooms and living room. Menolium in the hallway and bathroom. Which we have just enough for. Were putting a floating floor in the kitchen. We have to put the toilet in the bathroom along with the vanity. Under pin it. Build not one but two 4x4 feet decks, in the front and the back. And we actually have to wire the hotwater heater up. It's not actually wired up yet. I'll probably think of more stuff to do later on.

Now this has been done within 3 weeks of time. Imagine what I can do in a few years.
