anyone try these led bulbs

    For fog lights they won't be the best, actually no led would be great for actual fogs. They just don't have the long distance intensity like incandescent bulbs do.
    For 3' to 8' in front of the fog lens they'd be pretty good but if you're trying to see 100' down the road in rainy or foggy weather, they probably won't do a lot of good :(

    my brother has similar ones in his car. look good, they match his HIDs, but that's all they're good for.
     
  12. seemed to be " to good to be true" sorta thing, I emailed the guy he said they are like headlights hahaha must be headlight on a bicycle

    Maybe he meant those lights that go on your head? HA!

    They're actually quite bright if you're looking at them, but they don't have quite the distance needed for bad weather.

    To get really good driving/fog led's you'll be spending several hundred $$$

    Completely agree.


    They're cool to look at, but cheap plug-in's like that just aren't bright enough for their intended use. IMO, an amber or orange set would be sweet looking. And that's it. lol.

    Form > Function. Give it about 5 years for that to invert and be cheap enough for the enthusiast on a budget.
