Now this detailing job I took it to the car wash see how it worked never been to one, but for 5 dollars it didnt even wash the truck. Yeah it looks better, but under the fenders and by the front bumper there is still dirt didnt even touch the rims, so im never going there unless I need to get some serious mud off

Yeah I know people before me must have not taken care of it, so now I have to spend some time cutting out that bad and working with whats left

Just cut the whole rocker off and make it out of some 3/16" steel. It'll look badass and take forever to have it rust out lol

no me and Damien came up with an easy way to do it. Alright I cut out the bad, then there is some lil holes patch and bondo them then the whole inside sand and prime and cover with bed liner. Let all that set in and then sea foam the whole shape and shave it, then puddy that sand and prime with the final reault being bedliner rockers.

sea foam? you mean expanding foam? That stuff makes **** rot out even faster. It attracts water.

  8. This. It's like a damn sponge. Bring it up here lol My buddy does real good body work. And decently priced too

It would work if I puddy everything before and after the sea foam giving it a no enter zone for water. Everything will be bedliner on each side on every side of it so the sea foam, expanding foam will not be touched or see able. just a thought.

Only way id be able to do that is if he got it all done on a weekend.

  11. Hmmmm... Make sure you clear coat the bedliner because I know water likes to find its merry way through there sometimes. And yeah, he could without a doubt
