    should be standard. its measured in CCs. that one liter is begging for a small stage turbo and a short throw manual :) could be pumping out close to 130 BHP :)

    Haahaha I'm with Pete on that one..

    Hey Matais, did you ever end up installing that 3rd brake light on the old Ranger or are you going to install on this one?

    Yes, mine was the most economic model, arround 50 mpg in hw!

    There were also a 1,4L and 1,6. The top version was the GSI, 1600cc, DOHC and with 145HP in a car that weights less than 800Kg!

    Eventough it was a tiny tiny engine, hell I enjoyed this car! And it was much confortable than what you would expect... german design, one of the best selling cars arround the world in the 90s (search for Corsa B)

    Belive it or else, this engines will run up to 400.000+ kilometers, if well manteined offcourse!

    obviously the 1600 16V dohc is much better ;)

    My mother had the same car but 1400, over 150.000kms and never touched anything in the drivetrain, just filters, water, oil, spark plugs, timing belt and nothing else!

    Incredible little engine!
