You can also use it to read and clear CEL codes on other vehicles too, just cant tune multiple vehicles. I used mine today to clear a P0300 misfire code from my buddies work van and mine is locked to my Mustang.

The truck is driving great! I cant reallt tell on MPG's for sure, but from a full tank, I drove 62 miles home last night and used just a bit more than 1/4 tank of gas. It may not be accurate so I need a few more runs to be sure because before it used almost a half tank on 1 62 mile trip. Even if it doesnt save me on MPG's, I am still pleased. The engine seems so smooth and quiet, I am just happy with that!

  11. Keep in mind you have the lift and bigger tires man, which will reduce your mileage too. That sounds like what I get now with only the bl. So that's pretty good to me lol

yeah he does have the lift and bigger tires but the tune should have accomidated for them....

  14. lol... We got a funny guy here! Haha. Really though, it seems to me like it boosted your mileage already. It could just be because my truck hasn't gotten much love to the engine lately, but I'm lucky to get 120 miles out of $40 in gas. So that's pretty good.

A custom tune will accomomidate for bigger tires and lift but only so that the speedo and odometer are correct now, also if you do a gear ratio change. With a good custom tune, you can usually estimate about 1 to 2 mpg increase over time AND only if you keep your foot out of it. MPG savings is normally a side benefit to a tuner, but not the primary purpose if that makes sense.

  16. I see what you're saying man.
