question about removing rust from frame....

    i know most are gonna say por 15 or chassis saver.... but has anyone ever used rustoleum rust reformer? i was thinking about using it and after it's dry putting bed liner over it..... :wallbash::icon_confused::help:

    The best thing I recommend is taking a grinder with a wire wheel to the rust. Then use a rust inhibitor after proper prep work

    I'm really going to have to do this sometime... I'm kind of dreading pulling everything off cause I know the frames going to look so bad from what I've seen of it.

    If you dedicate a few days to the truck and have some friends you will have it done quick

    you really dont have to pull everything off.... just make sure you can reach everything with the wire brush..... like with the cab dont pull it all the way you can lean it so you cam reach and then paint then do the other side......

    why not just hit it good with a high powered power washer?
