Well, the wife just told me that she has been feeling the urge to move. I have also been thinking about getting out of this place. The only place that I would think of moving to is further north. So all of my northern folks including VA, what are the pros and cons of northern living? How are jobs up there? (given our economical status) Do you find people easy to get along with? ...and stuff like that. Also, express anything you feel about te place that you live. PLEASE READ THIS >>> to and of you guys who may have me on Facebook, please dont post any of this on anything of mine. My family will think that I am moving tomorrow and flip out.

i lived in VA bout 4 years ago in black water falls i was a off road instructor pay wasnt bad the whole town was vary nice.. i bck every summer and it hasnt changed a bit
PA just plain sucks dude lol...nobody is very polite aside from a few exceptions...i want to move south lol
I know in Williamsport, if you find a nice place out of the City, it's a very nice place to live. Jobs are all OVER the place here for anything you can imagine. The weather sucks tho. You can have winter nights as cold as Alaska and Summer days as hot as Death Valley. On top of that, we had rain ALL summer long except for a few days.
It is slowly turning into a ghetto all around my area. We have alot of trash from New York city move here. Seems like its happening all over though but crimes have gone up 200%, and there are areas that have become a safe haven for violent wanted criminals here. I have been to the area where you live Taylor, I actually like it and I have considered moving in that direction once my kids are out of school and stuff. It really depends on where you look. Around here there are some good areas I myself wouldnt mind moving to, but once you go out of those areas it turns to $hit. If you do move I recommend heavy scouting of the area in which you would like to move to or just check out everything thoroughly. I myself don't recommend the area of the Poconos where I live. Between the trash from the city and the casino that opened, this place is circling the bowl.
Spend a few weeks where ever you want to move to, then in the area you like stand outside your car and eat a full bag of chips, if you dont get mugged, or hear police sirens and the neighbors dont give you $hit... or see grocery carts in front of houses , you found a good place. that was written by a real estate agent, I just dont remember her name.
lol So true. Not forgetting that everybody runs off welfare up here too lol If I were you, I'd be prepared for some real hard winters. Jobs ain't too bad, if you find the right place at the right time.
