So I finally got around to re-wrapping my headliner. I wanted it to match my bucket seat inserts, which are suede. It came out really good. It took about four hours from start to finish with a few interruptions. I have done quite a few with my buddy in the past and they all came out good. It was a lot of work but Troy would be proud. Sorry the pics kinda suck, it was hard to get a good shot of the finished product.

looks great! i'm glad that was you and not me. i hate working with the soft fiberglass boards. thank god i haven't had to do a headliner in about a month or so now.
I actually like doing headliners. I've done about a half dozen with a friend of mine and I really like it. You can see where we tried to burn the foam off instead of wire brush it, but it was a really bad idea.
We did the rear shelf on his moms mini cooper and we were able to burn the material off but it was different then mine.
Bah, you don't know cold! lol Try coming up my or Clinton's way! Haha headliner looks good though man. Could use this done to the Kota's lol
