that pipe isnt that old.... when i got the pipe redone the left the pipe with the o2 sensors and the flange as the old pipe and this pipe is only about 2 years old. if that. gonna patch it for now and get a new exhaust system later.

Only 2 years old? Wow! Bring on the beer cans 'n' jubilee clips, I've "fixed" a few motorcycle exhausts with those.

yeah i think they used inferior stuff.... all the exhaust hangers they welded up have all broken off and now this.... now that i think about it i think that is where one of the exhaust hangers were.... i'm never going there again.... i'll go to a shop that i have used several times before.... granted they are a little bit more expensive but never had a problem with their work....

i would go after market if i had the cash..... gonna save up and get a flowmaster and have it exit before the rear tire i believe..... no one does that around here so it would make my truck unique.... lol

yeah around the first photo contest went and did a lil off roading and the exhaust hangers broke fromt he rear all the way up to beside the tranny.... it was a little louder than normal so i thought it just created a pin hole in the welds or cracked on enough to make a leak.... drove it last night to my alma mater's first round playoff game last night and it was not any louder than it had been the past couple of months.... then i get about 20 mins away from the station and it just starts getting louder..... so i text my mechanic and tell him about it and everything... he tells me that we will put it up on jacks and check it out and see how bad.... well after that i go and lay on the rocks and find the hole.... sent him the pic and we decided to just patch it for now til i can raise the cash for the exhaust system.... and that's where i stand for now.... gonna stop by autozone and get the repair kit on my way home in the morning... and fix it mon or tuesday.....
