Wiper problem

ok so i wont bother with the story but my whipers do not move but i can hear the whiper motor moving, how do i fix this

Under the hood on the firewall is a small panel. Open it and check that the wiper arm is connected to the motor.
 
well had to pick up my moms tahoe from getting warrenty work, and i dropped off my ranger to get the whipers fixed and other small problems
 
they wont, my truck is on my dads company account so they are affaird to sting me because if they do they will loss about 30 trucks
 
yeah all my family, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousin, and such plus all the company trucks are on the same account so they dont dare **** with us
 
yeah, so what was the problem??? we all want to know!!!
