my friend ****ed up his engine on his 90 can i use his aftermarket exhaust even tho his is a 4.0 and a single cab and mines a 3.0 extended cab
 
Anything can fit with a little modification lol. It definitly wont be a "bolt on" swap but if your any good with a cut-off and a welder, you can make it fit for cheap
 
What do you consider "aftermarket" ?

If it's headers, it WONT fit. If it's cat back and the same configuration (Extended cab short bed, standard cab long bed, etc) it WILL fit.
 
Skip th headers and put the rest on, use adapters if you need to. Just measure it and measure your exhaust and if it needs adapters, get them!
