I have a set of stock xlt wheels there 16's but theyll come with pretty much brand new good year wrangler RT/S.

No, but if you come down, I'll mount them for you for $10. My cousin up the road from me has a mounting and balancing machine. Unfortunately, the 33's are too large to balance on his machine.

i can mount them and balance them at work for free, so i guess ill have to put my stock wheels and tires on and dismount my tires....where would you wanna meet up?
