Throtlle assembly?

Has anyone put a bigger throttle body assembly on. What do you think the benfits would be and what size for a 4.0 sohc. Im looking at a 80 mm

I have a bbk on there now I believe its 80 .. It helps a little, not something to wright home about but there ok..

I put the BBK on my Ranger, and that alone was the most noticable mod I've done. floor the gas and you'll get a little pushed into the seat.
I put the Granatelli MAF on as well, it didn't do anything for me at all. BUT, I have a full wide air flow from filter to throttle body now.
