Sync module from 2009 Explorer. From a quick check, it fits a variety of Fords. It came with a console I bought. Console was spotless and from a salvage yard. I never used the module. It has 2 usb ports on the module.

Hmm, it would be an interesting install in a ranger. You should go back and snag the other end of the wiring harnesses.

Na not me.. I custom fit a Pioneer from a 2010 Scion with USB / MP3. (Harder than it sounds)
Same part number was used in Focus, Taurus, etc..Harness to headunit should be easy to obtain.
I can probably dig up schematics if someone wants them.
