94 Ranger XLT 2.3 Auto Trans. Started fine yesterday morning. Came out of work and turned the key and got a clunk and then no power. Got a jump and it started. Take off the jumper cables and it would run. Turn it off and try to start it nothing. Alternator gauge says it's charging the battery(I put a new battery in it). Charging voltage with new battery is 14.7.

    So what's going on.

14.7 is a tad high, but that's not your problem.
    Look at the starter yet?
    Is it still bolted in?
Chances are good you need a new relay, but test the system first and make sure that's what you need.
If you're not comfortable checking it, or don't have the equipment, take it to a shop and have them diagnose it.
