Sourcing Parts - 4.0L OHV

I am rebuilding my engine (4.0L OHV) and transmission (5R55E) in my 99 Ranger XLT. For several years, I have found it difficult to find OEM & aftermarket parts. Does anyone have any knowledge/wisdom to share on cross-matching parts with explorers, Mazda B4000, aerostars, Taurus, etc. Currently, I am looking for a couple of intake manifold studs/bolts. I twisted off the torx heads.
