Well, wish I could pull a teaser with this but it kinda came on spur of the moment lol Coming home from the store today, I stopped by my buddy's house to see the lift he threw on his Durango last week. He mentioned to me that another buddy's got new off road lights for his truck from Harbor Freight tools, and that they were ridiculously bright. So, we went later on and I got myself some new 6" off road lights! Take a guess at how much they were.
New lights and old light for comparison
Had to tinker with the wiring a bit to make them fit into the KC setup I had already on
The way I put them on, they were better for coon hunting in the trees than for driving... They pointed right up at the tree tops. But I quickly got that corrected. So they appear to be pointing up in this pic, because they were lol
I'll get more pics in the morning. They are so much more fitting on the truck now than those tiny little KC's I had on before. They work great, and are so much brighter than the KC's too. 55w bulbs compared to I think 25? Not even sure they were that bright... But anyways, since I had you wondering about the cost.... Under $20 for the both of em. I'm going back Wednesday and getting 4 more, then getting an expo roof rack or fabricating something so I can mount them to the roof.
