Rough idle

I have a 2003 4.0. just today it started to idle a little rough. it feels like it is misfireing but is not throwing any codes. if i rev the engine up it quits but at idle it intermittently feels like its ready to quit running.

when was the last time you did a tune up?
how many miles on it? have you used seafoam yet?
clean maff sensor , air filter, etc...

^^ that and clean the throttle body and Idle Air Control valve. How many miles are on it and when was the last tune up?
