as most of you know i am looking for a cherokee to replace my truck. i have looked at 4 so far all have had oil leaks or have been beat. i found this one that has one side of the rocker rotted out. originally looking at it i passed it because of the rust but after looking into the repair it dosent seem that hard and it pretty common. i could get a replacment part for $40 from rock auto. i want opinions on how hard this job looks. i do have a shop that has all the tools i would need including a welder. i would cut out all the old rust since i am confident with a grinder and have my friend weld in the new metal and then bedline it. heres the ad so you guys can see what im looking at http://hartford.craigslist.org/cto/3688407783.html
