I've got a '93 splash with a 4.0L engine. Tranny is a m5od-r1 sticker on the side reads F27A. I'm looking for a rebuild kit and the closest I come to finding one is for a F17A. Would the one for a F17A work on the F27A since what I've read the only difference is the F17 is a year older than the F27A? Or should I buy a supercomputer and search the deep web for a matching rebuild kit?
