Ranger title needed

I am building a ground up custom Ranger and I am in need of a title. I have a cab but no title. Since I am building the entire chassis I will need a title at some point.

Id prefer an 82-86 title so I dont have to worry about emissions here in Texas. thanks!

I have a title for a 94. I'm not sure how legal it would be. I don't wanna give it up if I can get in trouble for it.
