Ranger Ride quality help.

My 08 Ranger 3.0L rwd with torsion bar has 400k km on it.
I swap RANCHO RS55374 to front,
KYB KG5493 to rear. 3inch leveling kit front

Everytime I go through bump the whole truck is STILL viberate the crap out of me like it about to set the airbag off.

My girlfriend always look at me like some ghetto boy driving ghetto truck. I dont know what to do could fix this situation anymore

Was the torsion bar keys turned, & if so how much? If turned to much it is known to stiffen the ride quality significantly. Also, what type/brand of leveling kit
