Not necessarily anything. Aftermarket just means it was bought somewhere else to put on. I'm almost positive that the 06+ trucks came with these from the factory

Nothing, just the manufacturer. It isn't OEM, some guys are particular to just OEM stuff so I didnt want anyone thinking it was that. It is all the same, just made by someone else.
